Our history
The coffee roasting was founded in 1949, immediately after the war, and was immediately characterized by a type of service aimed at shops and catering establishments, distributed within the Lazio region.
1968 is the year in which the roasting company established itself in its current headquarters in Rome, mainly targeting large-scale distribution and traditional food shops. In this capacity the company continued its activity until 1988, the year in which it placed itself at the service of those who make coffee for professional use: Bars, Hotels, Restaurants, Religious Institutes and company canteens.
In this phase of transformation, the thirty-year experience of roasters has been decisive in order to further raise the quality standard of the product, rediscovering and researching in the blends the traditional taste of ancient coffee roasted to perfection, a process achieved only after selecting the finest coffees at the source.
From the beginning to today every change has been a reason for growth for us, the development of the production and distribution phases has never made us lose given the authentic taste of Italian style and the attention to the hearts of our customers.

Sustainability is at the center of the roasting company’s commitment: the entire production chain is personally followed by our coffee professionals who, year after year, choose the best plantations to create what will be your perfect espresso and which also carry out rigorous checks on the sustainability of the work, products and materials used.
